When he found the softwares and services available for his business lacking, he took matters into his own hands, taught himself how to code and made his own. That innovative spirit and adaptability are the foundations of his reputation in the tech world. He has gone on to found multiple companies including Modisoft, Modicorp and Paycue Inc.

He is a knowledgeable and capable investor, and his experience with startups is the key to his successful business ventures today. He cares deeply about his community and makes himself available to answer questions, listen to feedback and lend assistance to his clients and partners.

John Bilbay is a skilled director and manager, specializing in customer satisfaction as the Chief Customer Officer. With a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and a Master's degree in Management, he has gained experience as a call center manager in various industries, including communications, finance, retail, electric, and SaaS. John is an effective leader, having managed both on-site and remote teams. When he is not working, John enjoys traveling to foreign lands, practicing jiu jitsu, and reading books by Tom Clancy.

Gregg joined Modisoft as Head of Customer Engagement & Loyalty and now serves as Chief Revenue Officer He brings with him over 12 years of experience in the Convenience Store Industry. Prior to joining Modisoft, Gregg worked at Cumberland Farms/EG America. Giambanco started as Director of Talent Acquisition before transitioning to Marketing as Senior Director of Category Management. Gregg’s experience in the convenience store industry and strategic approach will help Modisoft’s customers build out robust Loyalty Programs and leverage CPG Promotions across the network. Residing in Boston, Gregg is an avid sports fan and enjoys getting out on the golf course. When he's not working, you can find him spending quality time with his wife and 3 daughters.

Saleem Momin, the Chief Payment Services Officer of Modisoft and Head of Paycue, possesses more than 12 years of experience in finance, marketing, and payment services. He has a proven track record of managing healthy relationships with clients and business partners, demonstrating his agility as a business professional. Additionally, Saleem remains up-to-date with the latest market trends and industry developments, showcasing his commitment to staying ahead of the curve.

Safi Modi is a results-driven growth specialist with a background in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a strong understanding of business performance metrics. At Modisoft, he leads key partnerships and growth initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and scale efficiently. As a current SMU MBA candidate, Safi brings a data-informed approach to decision-making, helping the company unlock long-term value and strengthen its position in the retail & restaurant technology space.

Sehan specializes in advancing payment initiatives, streamlining operations, and elevating the customer experience.
